1K Per Day Plus Program

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the 1K Per Day Plus Program (“Program”), you (“Participant”) agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement is a binding contract between the Participant and the Program provider (“Company”). Participation is permitted only for individuals who agree to follow these terms.

2. What the Company Provides


Training Modules

Participants will receive access to all training modules created for the Program.
These modules include instructions, techniques, and strategies for door-to-door window cleaning sales and business growth.

The Company may improve or add new modules at any time, and all future updates are included for the Participant at no extra cost.

Guaranteed CRM Access

The Program includes access to the Company’s CRM software.
CRM access is guaranteed for all Participants.
If the Company ever discontinues the CRM or changes platforms, the Participant will receive at least 30 days advance written notice, along with continued access to Program materials.

Mentorship Content

Participants will receive access to mentorship materials, resources, and guidance intended to support learning and real-world application of the Program’s strategies.

Future Program Improvements

Any new features, updates, expansions, or improvements added to the Program in the future are automatically included for the Participant with no additional payments.

3. Payment Terms

Total Cost: $500

The Program requires a one-time payment of $500 USD at the time of enrollment.
There are no recurring payments, monthly charges, or future fees.

Final and Complete Payment
This payment unlocks full and permanent access to the Program.
No further payments will ever be required.

4. Lifetime Access

The Participant receives indefinite access to all Program materials.
This includes:

  • Training videos
  • Written documents
  • Digital assets
  • Strategies
  • Any other materials included at the time of purchase

All future upgrades and improvements will also be included for the Participant permanently.

The Company may update or improve content at any time but will not remove the Participant’s access unless both parties agree in writing.

5. Confidentiality and Proper Use

All Program materials are proprietary to the Company.
The Participant agrees not to:

  • Share Program content
  • Distribute, copy, or sell materials
  • Provide access to third parties
  • Record or repost Program content

Sharing or misuse of materials violates this Agreement and may result in removal from the Program.

6. Participant Responsibilities

By enrolling, the Participant agrees to:

  • Use the Program materials responsibly
  • Apply the methods at their own discretion
  • Maintain accurate contact information
  • Engage in the Program with honest effort

The Program is educational. The Company does not promise specific income levels or sales results, as outcomes depend on individual effort and local market conditions.

7. Program Access and Availability

The Program is delivered digitally through online platforms.
Participants will maintain full access at all times.
CRM access is guaranteed, and any major CRM changes will include 30 days written notice.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the Participant and the Company.
No changes or amendments are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the Company operates, and any disputes will be handled in that state’s courts.
